I had sent in a request to building management to fix the lock on my apartment door.  The maintenance man just sent a text saying the job is finished, but that he needs me to come home immediately to confirm that the work is completed to my satisfaction and sign the building maintenance form.  He is not allowed to leave the apartment un-secured and he needs to give me the new key.

He then followed up several minutes later with a picture and a note that states he found several additional maintenance issues in my apartment that need addressing, like a squeaky bed and a substantial gay porn collection on my computer.
