It was a long standing tradition at wrestling camp that the new rookies were dumped in the lake when they arrived.  The senior wrestlers then waded into the water and chose their roommate/mentee/fucktoy for the summer. The rookies would be scooped up, and carried back to the cabins to be properly broken in. The seniors would be responsible for their chosen rookies for the balance of the summer.  Training them properly on how to wrestle, how to behave like a man and how to properly take a cock. Poor performance by the rookie would reflect badly on the mentor.
