Coach asked me to show the team’s new equipment manager his duties in the locker room. I told him his primary job is to make sure the teams equipment is in good working order. He will be responsible for taking care of the players equipment before and after each practice.  He will also need to make sure the equipment is cleaned up properly before it gets put away for the night.
